Returns 

I don't like my purchase, or it is the incorrect size.

We are happy to provide you with store credit as long as the product hasn't been worn, washed or altered, and you return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, products returned must be in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels returned with the item. Please contact support@reemi.org for further instructions, including what to do and

where to send it to.

Sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged unless faulty, so please choose carefully.

We are unable to return international orders at this time.

My purchase is faulty, or the wrong product was delivered

If you've ordered something online and have received a faulty or wrong product, we apologise! We are more than happy to send a replacement, or give you a refund. Please email support@reemi.org for more details.
